A villa that is more spacious than spacious. That was the wish of the future residents of this dream home. In addition, the look had to be a combination of a thatched villa with modern elements. A challenging assignment that BNLA architects grabbed with both hands.

To realize the desire for lots of space, BNLA realized a clever design that took full advantage of permit-free additions. The realization of additional licensed additions and a spacious basement made it possible to accommodate the expanded program. The yoga room, bar and media room were given a place in the basement, and thanks to two large patios at the basement level, there is plenty of daylight in the basement as well. This created full-fledged pleasant spaces below ground level.

The elongated canopy at the rear provides a nice transition to the spacious garden. The floated concrete floor that continues from inside to outside provides the connection between interior and exterior. Under the canopy, a covered porch with luxury outdoor kitchen and outdoor fireplace was designed. The perfect place for a fine summer evening.

The appearance of the villa is a nice combination between classic elements and modern materials. The thatched roof blends well with the sleek gray and white masonry with the wooden cladding adding warmth. Clean lines of the black steel canopies and skylights form a beautiful whole with the aluminum window frames and facades.
