Steel staircase with floating oak treads
A staircase which, like the interior, should be minimalist and exclusive. It may surprise but should be mostly elegant. Floating steps you see more, but the thin, only 40mm thick oak steps you see very little. This makes it exclusive. The minimalism is achieved by omitting the balustrade and settling for a subtle steel tube, in the form of a handrail on the wall.
The foundation of this staircase intertwined with the DNA of Metal Art. The strength of the steel speaks for itself. Not under the industrial, but under the modern banner.
Location: Almere
Materials: Laser-cut steel sheet metal and 40mm solid oak treads
Color: Ral 9005 fine texture
