Exclusive villa on forest plot

On a serene Brabant forest plot shines this luxurious and modern villa designed by architect John Kusters. The large windows offer views of the centrally located pond from every room. The interior is playful and surprising through a visual interplay of lines of converging and diverging walls, with a variety of passages and in-between spaces.

The abstract interior design allows sound to constantly change direction. To prevent endless reverberation and create acoustic calm, OWAplan® was used throughout the villa. This allows residents to enjoy their minimalist interiors to the maximum, without acoustic upholstery or furniture. Lighting elements, sound system and climate control are concealed with extreme precision in the seamless and acoustic ceiling. The endless design freedom of OWAplan® also provided a solution for the diversity of complex ceiling surfaces and dimensions.
