The spacious villa is located on a generous plot tucked away in a wooded area where peace and quiet prevail. The family home maintained its sense of friendliness by limiting the design to two stories above ground and a spacious floor below. The home is infused with custom detailing and the interior design showcases Studio Piet Boon’s distinctive signature. In the surrounding garden, designed by garden architect Piet Oudolf, the outdoor pool provides cooling in the hot summer days and the sitting pit, with fireplace cum barbeque, offers a place to enjoy the serenity present until late in the evening. The outdoor room is deeper in the garden and embraces the informal atmosphere of the estate. The room is divided into a sunken first floor plus second floor and is equipped with a complete pantry, bathroom and a separate meeting room, with a connecting terrace which overlooks the many pine trees.
