Upgrade property
This 1976 split-level home was ahead of its time. Playful staggered roof planes and a split-level interior with fantastic sight lines demonstrate the quality of the thoughtful architecture. Therefore, the existing structures were respected as much as possible in the remodeling of this home. Even the extension on the left side is based on the style of the existing building, as if it has always stood like that.
The entire interior has been renovated and the outside of the building has also been significantly modernized. For example, the entire roof has overhangs, further emphasizing the playfulness of the roof areas. The color scheme of the property is made modern and stylish, through white painted facades and black window frames and eaves. This makes this beautiful home ready again for the next 40 years.
